30 days of creativity – day 4 – Christmas cards

Today I took some time to colour up a new image which I want to use for some Christmas card designs. It’s a very cute digi which I bought from http://www.jellypark.co.uk . I only just found this site and I love it already!

I decided this image would be great for grandparents. I made three cards altogether, one coloured as two girls, one with two boys and finally a card with a boy and a girl making the snowman.
I embellished it with a circular sentiment (also from jellypark), some ribbon and some little snowflakes. It also got a sprinkle of glitter because a Christmas card needs glitter!

For a Grandad

I’ve made this card with a lovely freebie digi stamp from Birdie Brown – and I’d like to enter it into her November challenge.

I coloured the image with promarkers, and the background paper is from Dovecraft. The words are hand written.

I think it makes a really sweet Grandfather card – if your grandfather is a sweet, little, old man!

Something to keep the kids busy :)

I’ve just added these to my Folksy shop; packs of blank cards, papers and shapes for children to make their very own cards.

Fishing for ideas!

I have been thinking for a little while that I need to find an image which was suitable for men’s cards. My friend asked me to make something for her grandad so I bought this “Fishing Stan” image from www.digistampboutique.co.uk and coloured it with my promarkers.

I liked colouring him so much I also made this one…

… and this one!

So now I have some cards for men… as long as they like fishing!!

The easiest way to buy my cards (and see more) is through my facebook page – www.facebook.com/shazronniemakesstuff – I’d love you to pop by!
